To reward you for your trust we prepared a loyalty programme, now with even more benefits. We have increased the number of bonus points for each of the services and expanded on options for receiving them, with accommodation packages being the new addition.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION

Please note that a credit / debit card must be submitted upon arrival at the hotel to guarantee payment for any additional services used at CENTRUM BABYLON. The required minimum amount of the hold is 2,000 CZK, to be used to “charge” the hotel’s electronic key fob (bracelet).

From that moment onwards you will be able to pay in most facilities of CENTRUM BABYLON conveniently by simply tapping the bracelet. The amounts paid will be recorded to your room bill and serve to determine your reward in the form of bonus points.  

On the day of departure, once you have settled your hotel bill, the pre-authorisation will be terminated and any unused amount subsequently released by your bank.
